And Then They Came For Me
promotional print designs

This project was the largest print campaign I have ever been involved in. The director of the play contacted me to create for him a poster and post card design that had the look and feel of a WWII propaganda poster.

By putting my own spin on the idea with a thick paper texture and simple imagery, I was able to create a look reminiscent of the ads of the time period. Next I was able to show a potential audience member what the play was about, by pulling their eyes to the bright window containing a concentration camp fence.

Finally, the amount of information that needed to be displayed on the poster and postcard proved to be a challenge. I was able to overcome this by placing each into its own section, and using lines to further separate them.
